- Barbara C., Irving (1/26/2009)

I've had several visits since Dec 2007, all most satisfactory. Thanks
- Rebecca A., Irving (9/12/2008)

I was offered a 9:00 appointment the next morning, and was given a 30 minute window in which to expect the arrival of the technician. Thirty minutes? With any other company it would have been a four hour window! The next morning Chris arrived promptly and had my Internet connection reestablished very quickly. He spent the rest of the time doing a clean up and installing desperately needed anti-virus software and spyware. He didn't mind my hanging over his shoulder, and was happy to answer all my questions; he was patient and didn't talk down to me. He was very personable and knowledgeable and I've already recommended B-A-G to several other people. I was thrilled with the service and I will definitely call them again when the need arises. Thank you!
- Jacqueline D., Irving (3/12/2008)

I just want your company to know that Scott Jacob is the best computer person I have worked with in all the years I have had to deal with computers. He is knowledgable, patient and professional. He did an excellent job for me yesterday and not only do I appreciate it, I am telling everyone I know that I am referring your company and Scott. Again, thank you for Scott.
- Marlene E., Richland Hills (10/25/2012)

- Carol V., Dallas (6/18/2007)

- ProChemical, North Richland Hills (8/24/2006)

Chris was so polite and did a great job. Would request him next time we need too.
- Stacy C., Southlake (8/25/2009)

Juan arrived right on time and quickly determined that the anti virus software was using too much memory. He installed a different product and the computer is running much faster now. The next day, I was unable to connect to the internet, so I called Beep a Geek and they said they would send someone over soon. Scott arrived a short while later and realized that my wireless router was defective. He went and got another wireless router and installed it. The computer and router have been working fine ever since. Juan and Scott did a great job and were very helpful. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.
